1. General
1.1. By making a purchase at TOKOPDL, whether offline or online, the customer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
1.2. TOKOPDL reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
1.3. This site and its services are operated by TokoPdl. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
2. Products
2.1. TOKOPDL sells both brand new products and second hand / pre-owned products.
2.2. Every second hand product goes through an inspection and condition assessment before it is offered for sale.
2.3. The condition rating of a second hand product is TOKOPDL's own internal assessment and serves as a general guide for buyers.
3. Prices & Payment
3.1. The price that applies is the price shown at the moment the transaction is made.
3.2. Goods are only processed once payment has been received and verified.
3.3. TOKOPDL reserves the right to cancel a transaction where there are signs of an invalid payment, a falsified transfer receipt, or suspected fraud.
3.4. Orders left unpaid for 1 × 24 hours are cancelled automatically and the stock is released back to other buyers. For second hand products and single units, goods are allocated in the order in which payment is received.
3.5. TOKOPDL reserves the right to cancel an order if stock runs out or an obvious pricing error occurs. In that case, any payment already received is refunded in full.
4. Delivery
4.1. The risk of loss or damage during delivery is governed by the terms of the courier service chosen.
4.2. The buyer must make sure the recipient's address and phone number are correct before the order is despatched.
4.3. Delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, courier operational disruption, or government policy — are outside TOKOPDL's responsibility.
5. Complaints & Returns
5.1. All transactions are final and cannot be cancelled or returned, unless the goods received are:
- not what was ordered; or
- not as described on the invoice.
5.2. All complaints must be submitted within 1 × 24 hours of the goods being received.
5.3. Every complaint must be accompanied by:
- an uncut unboxing video, from the parcel still sealed through to the product being taken out;
- photos of the condition of the goods, if required.
5.4. Complaints without an unboxing video, or submitted after the deadline, cannot be processed.
5.5. Returned goods must be:
- in the same condition as when they were received;
- complete with all accessories;
- complete with the original packaging (if any);
- accompanied by the purchase invoice.
5.6. Complaints are submitted through TOKOPDL's official WhatsApp at 0859 7497 4330 and will be answered within 2 working days.
5.7. For approved complaints, the money is refunded through the original payment method within 3–7 working days. Return shipping is paid by TOKOPDL where the fault is ours (wrong item sent or goods not matching the description), and by the buyer for any other agreed reason.
6. Warranty
6.1. The purchase invoice serves as proof of purchase. For products that do carry a manufacturer's warranty, this invoice is what a claim is based on.
6.2. The warranty only applies to products that actually carry a manufacturer's warranty.
6.3. TOKOPDL will help process every warranty claim, but the final decision on whether a claim is accepted or rejected rests entirely with the manufacturer or its authorised distributor.
6.4. The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- impact;
- user negligence;
- improper use;
- modification of the product;
- unreasonable use.
7. Second Hand Products
7.1. Each second hand product is sold as a single unit with a condition rating (100 / 95 / 92 / 90) and as-is photos shown on the product page and on the invoice. Those ratings and photos are the official reference for the condition of the goods.
7.2. The buyer is deemed to have understood and accepted the physical condition of the product as shown by the rating and photos before the transaction is completed.
7.3. A difference in expectation about cosmetic condition that still matches the rating and photos is not grounds for returning the goods.
7.4. Second hand products carry no manufacturer's warranty, unless stated otherwise in writing.
8. Trade-In & Outright Sale
8.1. The initial offer made from photos is an estimate. The final value is set after a physical inspection at the store and may differ from that estimate; if the condition does not match, the offer may be adjusted or withdrawn with no obligation on either side.
8.2. The seller warrants that the goods handed over are lawfully theirs, are not the proceeds of crime, and are free from any third-party claim. TOKOPDL reserves the right to refuse counterfeit goods, structurally damaged goods, or goods whose authenticity cannot be verified.
8.3. Once a trade-in or outright sale is completed, the goods handed over become the full property of TOKOPDL and the transaction is final.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. TOKOPDL is not liable for damage arising from use that does not match the product's intended purpose.
9.2. TOKOPDL reserves the right to reject complaints that do not meet the terms and conditions above.
10. Governing Law
All transactions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall first be settled amicably by discussion.
