PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data We Collect

• Identity & contact data — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email and delivery address that you enter when ordering or requesting a racket valuation.
• Transaction data — order history, receipts, invoices and payment status.
• Racket photos that you upload on the Sell / Trade-In form, together with the condition details.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.

We do not store your credit card numbers or your banking credentials. Bank transfers are verified against the account statement, not by storing card details.

2. How We Use It

• Processing orders, deliveries and billing.
• Valuing used rackets and sending you a price offer.
• Handling enquiries, warranty claims and returns.
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations under the regulations.
• Improving the look and performance of the site using aggregated visit data.

We do not send promotions to your number or email without consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Data is processed on the basis of performing the contract of sale with you, the legal obligations that apply to us, and your consent for anything outside those two — in line with the Personal Data Protection Act in force in Indonesia.

4. Sharing Data

Your data is shared only as far as necessary with:

• Courier services — name, address and phone number, for delivery purposes.
• Banks — for the purpose of verifying payments.
• Competent authorities — where required by law or regulation.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

This site uses the cookies needed for the shopping basket, the login session and the language preference to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, with the consequence that some online store features will not work as they should.

6. Retention Period

• Transaction data and accounting records are kept for 10 years, as tax rules require.
• Valuation requests that do not lead to a transaction, including their photos, are deleted after 12 months.
• Technical visit data is kept for a maximum of 12 months.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• ask for your data to be deleted, so far as that does not conflict with our duty to retain transaction records;
• withdraw a consent you have previously given;
• object to certain kinds of processing.

Requests are answered within 14 working days of your identity being verified.

8. Security

Access to the back-office system is restricted to named accounts with tiered permissions, and activity on transaction documents is logged. Even so, no system is entirely free of risk — if an incident affects your data, we will notify you as the applicable rules require.

9. Minors

This service is not intended for children under 17 without the supervision of a parent or guardian. If a child's data has been collected without that consent, contact us to have it deleted.

10. Changes & Contact

This policy may be updated at any time; the effective date at the top of the page will change with it.
